Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional to oversee our talent management and recruitment strategies. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our technological talent requirements and our organizational culture. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and building a high-performing tech-driven team in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, specifically focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier IT and technical talent.
• Execute effective IT recruitment strategies to fill specialized technical roles efficiently.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Foster a positive company culture that aligns with our mission in the homoeopathic medicine industry.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and employee performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA, BCom, or MBA.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on technical/IT recruitment.
• Technical Expertise: Proven track record as an IT Recruiter with deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and talent mapping.
• Communication: Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid work model and managing remote/on-site team dynamics.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
