Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for technical roles including software engineers and product managers.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to department heads.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and internal company policies.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to support company growth and retention.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, specifically within the IT or Tech industry.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring cycles and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
