Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate, travel trade, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and leisure segments.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client meetings to promote hotel services.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages with clients to maximize profitability.
Revenue Generation
Achieve sales targets set by the management for rooms, banquet, F&B, and other services.
Develop seasonal promotions, packages, and group sales deals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust pricing and strategies.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle guest queries related to group bookings, events, or corporate tie-ups.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the Reservations, Front Office, F&B, and Banquet teams for smooth execution of bookings.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for senior management.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and digital campaigns.
