Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pharmacist to support pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing and dispensing of homoeopathic and wellness products.

Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.

Monitor and maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products.

Perform routine quality checks and maintain production records.

Verify product labels, packaging, and batch documentation.

Support quality assurance and quality control activities.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within production areas.

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Report deviations, discrepancies, and quality concerns to senior pharmacists.

Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.

Assist during internal and external regulatory audits.

Required Skills

Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

Understanding of GMP and GLP guidelines

Inventory and stock management

Documentation and record keeping

Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)

Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance

Attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Homoeopathic, Ayurvedic, or Nutraceutical products

Familiarity with Schedule M guidelines

Experience with ERP or inventory management software

Understanding of ISO quality standards

Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word)

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Registered Pharmacist certification is preferred.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
