About the Role:

This is an in-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week. Candidates must live within an easy commute of the city listed for this role.

As the Workplace Experience Associate, you will serve as the premier ambassador for the building, orchestrating a world-class "Front of House" experience. Your role is to bridge the gap between our vibrant Industrious community and the overall building tenants, ensuring a seamless, hospitality-driven environment for every person who walks through our doors.

Core Responsibilities

Front of House Leadership: Own the reception experience, maintaining a high-energy, sophisticated, and welcoming lobby environment.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for both Industrious members and traditional building tenants, balancing diverse needs with professional grace.

Operational Excellence: Oversee visitor management, mail logistics, and facility standards to ensure the building operates at peak performance.

•
Community Integration: Drive engagement by managing shared amenities and building-wide programming that fosters a unified professional community.

System Administration: You add new members into multiple systems so their first day in their office is seamless and memorable.

This position is part time, 25h/week, 5 hours per day and 5 days a week.
