Your Mission

•
Partner with the executive team, Product, and Design to turn ideas into experiments and successful releases.

•
Make AI-native workflows the default, cutting the time from hypothesis to live experiment to decision, so more experiments reach customers without more defects.

•
Build a QA function that prevents defects and keeps the site reliably up, with the authority to surface release risk early.

•
Build the leadership bench and engineering culture that let the org keep compounding.

What You Bring

Hands-on leader, strong in TypeScript, who writes and reviews code. This is how everyone operates here, starting with our CTO.

Already rethought how a team works with AI and shipped faster because of it.

Bonus: React Native, Python, data pipelines.

Scaled engineering organisations through significant business growth, developing engineering managers.

Led Frontend, Backend, and Reliability functions, and know how to design the operating model that lets them move together at speed.

Partnered closely with Product and Design, turning business priorities into a shared roadmap.

Know how to connect engineering decisions to business outcomes, not just delivery metrics.
