The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners. This is a temporary role for a duration of 12 months with possible extension; start date: ASAP Your missionWorking closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs and decide on the best recruitment strategy tailored to each roleManaging end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiationProactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct searchConducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fitProviding a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiringprocessEnsuring recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and applicable employment regulationsMonitoring recruitment metrics and continuously identifying opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiencyYour profileA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceSeveral years of operational, hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition At least 5 years of demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levelsStrong active sourcing skills and experience in using LinkedIn RecruiterGood experience with different applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools (preferrably SAP based)Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular ExcelStrong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholdersA proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a high level of integrityStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-makingMotivated team player with high levels of professionalism, quality and confidentialityFluency in English and GermanFind Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
