Our platform combines design, business tools, and an AI-powered core that turns real customer data into clear insights and next steps helping our customers focus on what moves their business forward.Role Overview :As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll join Wonderland, Jimdo's internal Platform Engineering team responsible for the cloud platform that every engineering team builds on. We solve infrastructure challenges once so product engineers don't have to—providing a reliable, secure and self-service platform that powers deployments, observability, networking and developer workflows across the company.You'll work on a modern stack including AWS (EKS), Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloudflare, Vault, Grafana Cloud and GitHub Actions, helping evolve the platform while improving reliability, developer experience and operational efficiency. As part of a small, senior team, you'll have broad ownership, influence platform strategy, and build solutions that have an impact across every product team at Jimdo.Your impact:Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployment workflows.Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, alerting and incident management.Implement platform security, secrets management and infrastructure compliance.Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and developer experience.Contribute production-quality code, primarily in Go, to platform tooling and automation.Explore and integrate AI tools that improve engineering productivity and operational excellence.What you bring:5+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.Strong experience with Kubernetes in production.Deep knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.Experience with AWS (EKS preferred).Experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or similar CI/CD tooling.Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or modern observability platforms.Comfortable writing production code (Go preferred).Passion for platform engineering, automation and solving problems at scale.What we offer:Inspiring Mission: At our core, we are driven by a meaningful mission - to empower solopreneurs and small businesses to succeed and to contribute to the sustainability and vibrancy of the communities they serve.Flexibility and Trust: Our work environment thrives on flexibility and trust.
