Digital, patient centric and fast growing.As Senior Flutter Developer you maintain and improve our user app for iOS, Android and Web, the cross platform product that connects patients, doctors and our care teams throughout the entire treatment journey. You work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to keep the app intuitive, accessible and reliable for users from very different backgrounds. You work AI native, take full ownership of your domain, and make sure that what you ship actually improves the patient experience, not just closes a ticketDeine AufgabenMaintain and improve our user app for iOS, Android and Web, built with FlutterDesign and implement new features end to end, from UI down to state management, dependency injection and modularizationBuild and maintain the app’s networking, offline capabilities, authentication and platform integrationsWrite automated tests and keep our CI/CD, release automation and monitoring healthy as a natural part of your workflowIntegrate REST APIs, push notifications, analytics, feature flags, crash reporting and third party SDKsUse AI coding assistants and agents as a core part of your toolbox, to move faster and improve code qualityShape our Flutter architecture, coding standards and engineering culture together with the teamWork closely with Product, Design and QA to validate solutions with real user feedback and iterate instead of chasing perfectionDive into backend services, APIs or native platform code whenever the problem requires itDein ProfilExtensive experience building and maintaining production grade Flutter applications, with deep knowledge of Dart and modern Flutter architecture (state management, dependency injection, modularization, testing, performance)Solid understanding of mobile architecture beyond the UI layer, including networking, offline capabilities, security, authentication, platform integrations, accessibility and app lifecycle managementAutomated testing, CI/CD, localization, monitoring, release automation and code reviews are simply part of how you build softwareAI native, you use modern LLMs, coding agents and AI powered workflows daily to increase delivery speed, improve code quality and support architecture, testing and debuggingOwnership mentality, you make pragmatic technical decisions that maximize customer value while minimizing complexity and operational riskEngineer first, you’re comfortable diving into backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure or native platform integrations whenever the problem requires itExperience integrating REST APIs, authentication flows, push notifications, analytics, feature flags, crash reporting and third party SDKsStakeholder centric, you enjoy understanding product problems together with Product, Design and QA before jumping into implementationFluent German and English, you work closely with our Frankfurt based team on siteWillingness to work from our Frankfurt office three days a week, with the rest remoteWarum wir?You get to actively shape things from day one, in a growing market, with flat hierarchies and real room to decide.
