Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.🔑 About The JobThis is a highly impactful role where you'll own all UK cost centre reporting, the UK OPEX forecast, and the Group headcount forecast, ensuring data integrity between the GL and our internal model, partnering closely with central function leaders including C-Level stakeholders.You'll also help build what comes next as we evolve our internal reporting and analysis while getting hands-on with NSPB (Netsuite) and AI tools to work faster and smarter. It's a broad, high-impact role with genuine room to grow as the business scales.🔧 What You’ll Be DoingOwn production of Group cost centre reporting on a monthly basisOwn the consolidation of the non-headcount OPEX forecast for the UKFinance Business Partner to all central UK functionsLearn and leverage Netsuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) and AI toolsKeep the Group headcount forecast updated on a monthly basisEnsure data integrity between the GL and our internal reports and forecasts (including actualising the central forecast model)Partner with the Accounting team to help improve alignment and visibility of UK OPEXSupport on keeping the Group financial model up to dateHelp to evolve reporting and insight (CFO dashboards, automate board packs, monthly flashes/red flag mechanisms for example)Contribute to the evolution of the finance function as the business scales🤩 About YouA qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA ideally) with at least 6 years’ experience in industry within FP&A or business partnering rolesProven experience working in high-growth, consumer-facing businessesExperience with Netsuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) is advantageousAbility to build relationships, influence stakeholders and confidently provide challenge, with clear examples of having done soComfortable adapting quickly, getting hands-on and thriving in a fast-paced environmentPragmatic, highly detail-oriented and confident challenging stakeholders in the best interests of the business🙌 What’s In It For YouGenerous stock options scheme25 days annual leave PLUS Bank HolidaysPrivate medical and dental insurance9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%A generous personal learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional membershipsEnhanced family leave policiesLife assurance of 4x your salaryAdditional InformationLocation: Holborn, London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)Contract: Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) December Start DEI StatementWe actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation.
