Working in multidisciplinary project teams, you will contribute to strategic and operational transformation initiatives, develop valuable industry expertise, and help clients translate ambitious goals into tangible business results.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environmentsAnalyze business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-makingContribute to the design of target operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmapsSupport operational strategy and optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operationsApply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomesDevelop client deliverables and support workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activitiesWho you areAre you an analytical thinker with strong social skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player?
