About the Role

Your Role

As Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you are the navigator of our Operations department and own the planning & controlling of a nine-digit P&L across four units. Working closely with our SVP Operations, the Operations leadership teams and our Finance department, you assess how we perform against our ambitions, measure the true impact of our initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and prepare and validate the numbers behind mission critical business decisions.

Your Mission

•

Lead the Annual Budget Planning: You will lead and coordinate the annual budget planning process across four units, in close collaboration with our Finance Department thereby setting the strategic direction for the upcoming year.

•

Own Monthly Controlling: You will own the month-over-month controlling of plan vs. actuals that feeds our monthly management reporting and shapes our department priorities.

•

Enable & Support the Team: You will empower Operations teams with insights, dashboards and data-driven decision support.

•

Turn Metrics into Action: You will translate operational metrics into strategic insights, challenge plans and numbers on substance, assess the impact of initiatives and act upon the results.

•

Drive Applied AI & Business Cases: You will build AI-powered decision tools and business case models, e.g. to steer add-on products from pricing and take rates to profitability.

•

Set Your Own Agenda: You will identify priorities yourself, flag opportunities and risks early and drive them forward.

Your Profile

Must have:

•

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Econometrics or a related field.

•

Several years of relevant professional experience in planning & controlling, FP&A or business intelligence, ideally gained in consulting or a fast-paced start-up.

•

Hands-on experience leveraging AI to solve business problems, from analyses to building your own tools and automations.

•

Proven project and stakeholder management skills, strong business acumen and the ability to drive topics across teams through indirect leadership, working autonomously without the need for close guidance.

•

Excellent English communication skills (C2).
