Our mission is to reduce the complexity that slows medical innovation down and help more products reach patients faster.We already work with leading healthcare and life sciences companies, including Novartis, solving real regulatory and operational problems in a highly complex industry.As a Senior AI Engineer (Agentic Systems), you’ll own a new technical product area end-to-end and build the agentic systems behind it. You’ll design systems where AI agents can write and review code, debug failures, analyse data, and support day-to-day operations, while you set the technical direction, make the critical decisions, and remain accountable for quality and reliability.You’ll work closely with product, domain experts, and the wider engineering team to turn complex regulatory requirements into reliable, intuitive product experiences.
