This is a high-impact position where you’ll own strategic accounts, drive revenue expansion, and help shape long-term partnerships with some of the world’s leading brands.You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial, product, and technical teams—translating customer needs into actionable opportunities while ensuring a seamless client experience.What you’ll be responsible forOwn and grow a portfolio of key accounts, with clear targets for retention, expansion, and revenue growthDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and business prioritiesIdentify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building a strong pipeline within existing accountsBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a go-to advisor for your customersLead renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring long-term value for both the client and the businessPartner closely with technical and product teams to support API onboarding, integrations, and ongoing optimisationAct as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights that influence product development and strategyMaintain high operational standards, using CRM and internal systems to track performance and opportunitiesWhat we’re looking forProven experience in B2B Account Management, ideally within the gift card and rewards industry or SaaS, payments, fintech, or a related spaceA strong track record of growing key accounts and exceeding revenue targetsConfident in commercial conversations and negotiations, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-personComfortable working with technical products and translating complex concepts into clear value for customersData-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunitiesHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat success looks likeHigh customer retention rates across your portfolioConsistent revenue growth from existing accountsStrong, long-term client relationships at senior levelsClear, actionable account plans and pipeline visibilityBenefitsWe offer all our employees trust and empower our team to work with flexibility and autonomy.
