Letly is the AI-Native operating company built for the home. We believe the home should be autonomously run and we're building the software that will run all rental properties end-to-end.

Our landlords hand us their most valuable asset, often on a guaranteed rent, so how well a property is run is our product. Property Managers own every property after the tenant moves in: compliance, maintenance, rent, renewals and the relationship with the landlord and tenant.

We've raised a $4m pre-seed and are a small, high-agency team, growing revenue at >100% month-over-month. We're hiring to keep service quality ahead of that growth.

How we manage

We run portfolios, not inboxes. Every property has an owner who knows its compliance dates, its contractors, its rent position and its tenant by name. Problems get fixed before the landlord or tenant has to chase.

We're honest about what's ours to fix and what isn't. Repairs are triaged on liability and urgency, quoted against evidence and closed out with proof. AI handles the triage, chasing and admin, so a PM's time goes on decisions, contractors and people.

When a guaranteed property sits empty or arrears build, it's our money on the line, so a PM thinks like an owner.

What we're looking for

•
Experience. ~2+ years running a residential lettings portfolio as a property manager, at an agency, BTR operator or block manager.

•
Working knowledge of landlord compliance: gas safety, EICR, EPC, smoke and CO alarms, deposit protection, Right to Rent, HMO and selective licensing.

•
Up to date on the Renters' Rights Act 2025 and what it changes for possession, rent increases and repairs.

•
A track record of managing contractors on cost, quality and turnaround.

•
Driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset. You build the process when there isn't one yet, and you want to grow with the business.

Nice to have

•
ARLA Propertymark qualification (or working towards it).

•
Experience with Fixflo or similar maintenance tools.

•
HMO or guaranteed-rent portfolio experience in London.

Hyper-focus on detail. A missed certificate date or an unprotected deposit is a fine, not a typo.

Ownership mentality. You own the property's outcome from start to end, without being chased.

Commercial judgement. You know when to repair, when to replace, and who should pay.

Communication clarity. Calm and direct with tenants, landlords and contractors, especially when the news is bad.

Pace. You close issues fast and keep a portfolio moving while it grows.

AI-Native. You use our tools to cut the admin and spend your time where judgement matters.
