Working closely with local and central teams, we drive scalability, efficiency and innovation across every part of our operations.The RoleAs a Process Engineer, you'll own end-to-end improvement projects across our fulfillment network — from spotting a process that's slow, costly or manual, to delivering a live, working solution on the warehouse floor. Your projects will span both hardware (robotics, automated material handling, conveyor and packing systems) and software (control logic and orchestration optimisation), using whichever combination best solves the problem.
