•
Assist with compliance with Dutch tax laws, labor regulations, and internal policies

•
Handle employee questions related to payroll, payslips, taxes, and benefits in a clear and timely manner

•
Work with external payroll providers, tax advisors, and authorities under guidance of senior team members

•
Support payroll reconciliations, including GL accounts and WKR accruals

•
Prepare payroll-related reports for internal stakeholders and audits

•
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the payroll function

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings:

•
2 to 4 years of experience working in a payroll-related role

•
A practical diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL) or equivalent

•
Solid understanding of Dutch payroll, tax regulations, and social security (international exposure is a plus)

•
Experience working with payroll and/or HCM systems (preferably ADP Celergo)

•
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll data

•
High attention to detail and a structured way of working

•
A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and willingness to grow into more responsibility

•
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
