Oracle Fusion ERP Trainer (f/m/d) | Freelance | fully remote

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Trainer (Freelance) to deliver a structured 12-week training program for future Oracle Fusion consultants at Accenture. Paid preparation time is included on top of the 12 weeks. This initiative is part of a professional development project, designed to provide participants with hands-on knowledge and practical skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, from financials and procurement to data management, integration and testing. Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ideally covering Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and ProcurementExperience with data migration and integration tools (FBDI, ADFdi, BICC, OIC) is considered a plusExperience with Oracle AI Agents or GenAI tools in ERP delivery is considered a plusProven track record in ERP training, coaching, or enablement programsAbility to create structured, easy-to-understand training content for career changersConfident in remote delivery using digital collaboration toolsThe ProjectDesign and develop engaging training materials (presentations, exercises, and pre-study content)Support the individual pre-study phase (December 4, 2026 – January 6, 2027) to build equal foundational knowledge across all participantsDeliver interactive, instructor-led training sessions across the 12-week program (January 7 – April 2, 2027), covering Oracle Fusion ERP foundations, architecture and cloud, financials, procurement (Source to Pay), functional and data management, technical integration and Oracle AI Agents, testing and QA, as well as consulting power skillsGuide participants through theoretical concepts and real-world scenarios using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPProvide ongoing mentorship and individual support throughout the programAssess and provide feedback on participants' final capstone project work100% remote training setup; deliver from wherever you are12-week training program, plus paid preparation time on topKick-off event on December 3, 2026, followed by a guided pre-study phaseProgram start: January 7, 2027, with the education period running until April 2, 2027Motivated participants with supply chain and accounting backgrounds, ready to launch their Oracle Fusion consulting careersFreedom to shape your training approach while leveraging a modern, practice-oriented Oracle Fusion curriculumAttractive freelance daily rates based on experienceFind more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
