About the Role
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Systemadministrator (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in Microsoft Windows-basierten Infrastrukturen.
Aufgaben
•
Administration und Betrieb von Windows-Client- sowie virtuellen und physischen Serverumgebungen
•
Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (vor Ort und remote)
•
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastruktur
•
Verwaltung von Hardware, Arbeitsplätzen und mobilen Endgeräten (iOS)
•
Betrieb und Überwachung der Backup- und Recovery-Landschaft
•
Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Servicepartnern
•
Beratung der Fachbereiche bei technischen Fragestellungen
•
Pflege der IT-Dokumentation sowie Mitarbeit an Optimierungs- und IT-Projekten
Qualifikation
•
Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung im entsprechenden Bereich
•
Erfahrung in der Systemadministration von Windows-Server- und Client-Umgebungen
•
Praxis im Anwendersupport sowie im Betrieb von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
•
Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien und Backup-Lösungen
•
Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse im Linux-Umfeld
•
Hohes Bewusstsein für IT-Sicherheit und stabile Betriebsprozesse
•
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
•
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
