Head of Data & Analytics (m/f/d)

Shape the Data-Driven Future of an International Organization For our client based in Cologne, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Data to join on a permanent basis. This individual will be responsible for professionalizing the company's entire data landscape and building a scalable Data & Analytics function from the ground up, serving as the key link between Business, IT, and, in the future, AI initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will establish the structures, processes, and foundations required for a high-performing data organization, with the opportunity to build and lead a team of two to three Data Experts and Analysts over time.

Working closely with IT, senior management, and business stakeholders, you will help design and develop a scalable data ecosystem that supports a company operating across Europe.
