About the RoleJoin a fast-moving, Berlin-based B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency that helps companies across industries acquire more qualified leads and customers. In this role, you won't just advise — you'll develop growth strategies and execute them yourself, using proprietary in-house tools built specifically to outpace anything available on the open market.You'll work across a wide variety of business models and markets, gaining rare behind-the-scenes access to how diverse companies grow — and directly contributing to their results.What You'll DoDevelop and execute multichannel growth strategies for B2B clients across industriesRun outbound and performance marketing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and emailBuild and manage automations using tools like Clay, Make, and OpenAI-powered workflowsIntegrate with and optimize client CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)Build reporting infrastructure to track pipeline value, lead quality, and campaign ROIUse signal-based outreach techniques to generate qualified first meetings for clientsChallenge existing strategies, identify key growth levers, and drive measurable outcomesWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Bachelor's or Master's degree plus 1–6 years of relevant experience in a fast-moving environment (startup, consulting, or venture capital)Hands-on experience in multichannel outbound and/or performance marketingAbility to build automations while also having a genuine feel for sales and communicationFluency in both German and English (spoken and written) — requiredRight to work in Germany — required (no visa sponsorship available)Direct, honest communicator with high personal standardsReflective working style — you learn from mistakes and grow from themNice to Have:4–6 years of experience in high-velocity environments such as B2B SaaS, growth agencies, or VC-backed startupsFamiliarity with tools like Clay, Make, or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platformsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: €65,000 – €80,000 per year1:1 mentoring with senior leadershipHybrid working modelGym membershipTeam events and offsitesApple hardware setupLocationThis is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany (Berlin Mitte).
