We're backed by world-class investors including CapitalG and Index Ventures, as well as founders and executives from companies like Stripe, Adyen, Notion, Remote, Qonto, Framer, Anthropic, Mollie, OpenAI, and Goldman Sachs.Since your role with us will rarely fit a job description, we only wrote a crisp overview.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLEBe the technical partner to our Account Executives, from the first call to go-liveRun integration workshops with customer engineering teams, before and after they signScope what a customer needs to get live, and find the simplest path to get thereDemo Duna live and answer the hard questions on our API, webhooks and data modelBe the first line between customers and our engineers, so our engineers can stay focused on the platformBring what you hear from customers back to product and engineering, and help us improve our docsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORYou've done this before, as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, integration engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical roleYou've written plenty of integrations yourself. You're pragmatic, API first, and know webhooks, auth and system mapping wellYou can hold a room of senior engineers: you set the agenda, keep people engaged and earn their trustYou care as much about how the platform works as about whether the customer succeedsYou're comfortable switching between several customers and workstreams in the same dayYou're happy to travel regularly to meet customersFluent English. Other languages are a plusBonus: experience in payments, identity verification, fraud, or other integration-heavy products like CRMsOur current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS.
