Small team, one room in Munich, regular offsites in San Francisco.What This Role IsWe have revenue, customers and a product that works. What we do not have is a brand that carries that story for us. Most customers and hires still come from outbound. Your job is to change that.Inbound moves fast. You own the website and change it as often as we change the product: keywords, SEA campaigns, landing pages per use case, the blog, and tracking what converts. The goal is qualified meetings that arrive without a cold call.Brand builds on what we have. We already have organic reach, now we push further: press, LinkedIn, conferences. Events are yours end to end, which ones are worth it, what the stand looks like, negotiating the speaker slot, and sometimes standing on stage yourself.What You Will OwnThe website, in Webflow: content, structure, landing pages, conversion, trackingSEO: keyword research, on-page and technical work, backlinks.
