About the RoleWe're a Berlin-based B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency — over five years in operation, 30+ people strong, and growing fast. We help B2B tech and SaaS companies acquire more qualified leads, shorten sales cycles, and reduce customer acquisition costs through data-driven paid advertising and AI-powered outreach.As Founders Associate, you'll work directly alongside the founding team, owning strategic projects end to end, automating operations, and helping shape the company's next stage of growth. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a hands-on generalist who wants to build — not just advise.What You'll DoOwn strategic and operational projects from start to finish, building and scaling processes using modern automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) and AI platforms.Lead financial planning — budgeting, forecasting, and developing scalable frameworks to support sustainable growth.Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation to increase operational efficiency.Build modern business intelligence structures using tools like Snowflake and Looker Studio to enable data-driven decision-making.Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders, contributing independent perspectives on key business decisions.Drive new business ideas and go-to-market strategies from zero to one.Translate complex challenges into structured analyses and clear, actionable implementation plans.What We're Looking ForMust-haves:1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment — early-stage startup, strategy consulting, or venture capital.Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) — this is a hard requirement.Proven experience developing and launching new business ideas or go-to-market strategies from scratch (0 → 1).Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make.com, Zapier).Experience owning financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.Familiarity with BI tooling such as Snowflake and/or Looker Studio.Track record of structured analysis and delivering clear implementation plans for complex topics.Experience advising founders or senior leadership on strategic and operational matters.Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.Nice to have:First experience managing employees or interns.Who thrives here:You have genuine passion for company-building and are deeply curious about how businesses grow.You bias toward action, take full ownership, and hold yourself to high standards.You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized — not intimidated — by a blank slate.You embrace AI and automation as core parts of how modern operations should run.Location & Work ArrangementThis role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany.
