About the Role
At Parallel, we build AI agents to help healthcare facilities automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding.Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost in manual, repetitive administrative work. Legacy software hasn’t helped, it’s made things slower, more complex, and more frustrating for care teams. We believe AI agents can change that. Our technology combines Large Language Models with system-level automation to handle real work inside existing hospital tools. No integrations, no disruption. Our first agent automates coding workflows and frees up time for medical staff to focus on patients. We launched in 2024, are backed by top investors (Index, Frst, Y Combinator, Hexa, Kima Ventures, Better Angle), and we’re just getting started. The future of healthcare isn’t just digital — it’s automated. Come help us build it !ContextOur coding agent is live in 70 hospitals across France. In March, we raised $20M from Index Ventures to push it further and build what comes next: billing, admissions, patient records. The next six months are going to move fast. We'll double to +60 people, open Germany, and triple the size of our Revenue team. Today, too much of how we run the company still depends on manual work and tools that don't talk to each other.Nobody owns this problem yet, it will be yours.Your missionMake sure Parallel can double without drowning in manual work.Attio, our CRM, will be your main tool, and you'll run it end to end. You'll also sit with each team, see what they still do by hand, and automate it yourself. On top of that, you'll work on Sales, Marketing and Finance Ops topics, like billing, cash tracking and commissions. You'll report to Clem, our Ops Lead, and work every day with the founders and the go-to-market teams. You build things, you don't write decks about them. There's no team to manage at first, but the function is yours to shape, and we assume it will grow. What you'll doOwn Attio, end to endAdminister and configure Attio: data model, pipelines, fields, views, access rights and workflowsEnrich our CRM with data valuable for Sales, Ops and Finance teams, so that it can be the source of truth while scalingConnect Attio to the rest of our stack so processes run without manual stepsSupport users and turn their pain points into better configurationsAutomate our internal work, with AI where it makes senseMap repetitive tasks across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance, and prioritize them by impact and effortBuild automations, integrations and AI use cases yourself, with no-code or low-code tools, and APIs when neededPick a simple rule or AI depending on the need, test on real cases, and keep a human in the loop when it mattersProtect sensitive data, control access, and measure time saved, errors and costsMake Sales and Ops steering reliableHelp define the priority metrics and agree on shared definitionsRun the analyses, SQL queries and dashboards yourselfAutomate data collection and updates to kill manual reportingBuild processes that hold as we doubleDocument the rules, owners, limits of AI use and what to do when something breaksStructure the handoffs between teams, train users and check real adoption in the fieldOutcomesYou ship from week one: automations are expected in your first month, not in six.Month 1: diagnose and ship a first winYou run Attio autonomously, have audited its configuration and data, and shipped the first improvements teams feelA prioritized list of automation and AI opportunities, and a 90-day plan validated with ClemYour first automation is live, tested with its users, with a baseline measured to track the gainMonth 2: deploy and measureSeveral automations are used by the teams, with time saved and output quality tracked on real casesPriority metrics are live and tested with the teamsMonth 3: stabilize and drive adoptionSeveral automations run in production, used regularly, with error monitoring and a clear maintenance ownerAttio and our data are reliable enough for the priority processes, and shared metrics are used to make decisionsUsers are trained, and your 6-month extension plan is validated with ClemMonth 6: scale what worksThe solutions that work are extended, documented and monitoredThe key handoffs between teams are structured and adopted, keeping pace as we grow to around 60 people and open GermanyYou areThe non-negotiableYou have run a CRM yourself, not just used it.
