About the Role
Meticulous is a fast-growing series A company building automated frontend testing software. It's used by engineering teams at companies like Notion, Dropbox, Mercor, Wiz and many others. This is a split business and support role working directly with the CEO. It has a broad scope - we're growing quickly and hiring to increase our operational capacity as a company. This means the scope will evolve rapidly.What you'll doSupport the CEO across business and private life.Provide operational support to our operations and go-to-market team to execute complex operational processes and tasks.No task is too small. Examples:Carry the fruit crate up to the office each morning.Keep the office spotless — you notice the empty coffee tin before anyone else does.Run across town at short notice to collect or source something.Chase a vendor by phone until you get an answer.No task is too complex. Examples:Occasional large one-off projects, such as opening a San Francisco office, owning a professional AV fit-out of a meeting room, or organizing a week-long international company offsite for 25 people.Own the organization and execution of corporate events end-to-end, such as renting a restaurant for a CTO dinner in New York, including greeting guests and hosting.Own the experience for candidates, customers, investors and partners who visit the office.Hours: Core working hours and excellent evening/weekend responsiveness for time-sensitive items. Travel: Regular international travel required.
