About the Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on and performance-driven Event Marketing & Communications Manager to grow qualified audiences and drive registrations for our international events. You will combine integrated marketing campaigns with compelling communications to turn audience interest into event participation.
Your mission? Challenge the status quo, create campaigns that stand out and turn awareness and engagement into measurable results.
Working closely with our Communications Lead and international event teams, you will take ownership of campaigns, combining compelling content, audience targeting and data-driven optimization to maximize their impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
•
Develop impactful campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across the entire event lifecycle, connecting launch activity, audience acquisition, registration conversion and post-event engagement. Align marketing and communications initiatives around the audience journey

Drive awareness and conversion: Grow qualified audiences and event registrations through targeted social media, email marketing, website optimization and partner activation
•
Create content that stands out: Develop compelling messaging and coordinate engaging content, from videos and interviews to speaker campaigns and digital storytelling
•
Challenge and innovate: Bring fresh ideas, experiment with new formats and identify opportunities to make our communications more creative, distinctive and effective
•
Measure and optimize: Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance and continuously improve engagement, traffic and conversion rates
•
Coordinate event communications: Work with internal teams, speakers, sponsors and partners to deliver consistent, high-quality communications before, during and after our events
Your profile
•
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital communications or event marketing, with demonstrated campaign results
•
Strong expertise in LinkedIn, email marketing, content strategy and digital campaign optimization
•
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, particularly for senior-level and international B2B audiences
•
Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics, CRM and marketing tools (GA4, HubSpot, Brevo, Hootsuite or equivalent)
•
Creative, autonomous and hands-on, with the confidence to challenge established approaches and turn ideas into action
•
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
•
Native-level English proficiency, with written communication and editing skills. French is an advantage
•
Experience in international B2B events, technology, consulting or the space sector is a plus
