Delivery Transformation Principal

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Transformation Principal to drive the successful execution and delivery of complex transformation projects and key work-streams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner and subject matter expert with a proven track record of delivering challenging, high-impact projects at top-tier consulting or digital engineering firms. This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of critical client workstreams whilst actively shaping our modern agile practices and mentoring high-performing teams.

Job responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-risk transformation projects and core workstreams. Solve ambiguous delivery challenges, unblock technical and operational dependencies, and champion agile ways of working to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and department leads. Act as a trusted delivery advisor, guide stakeholders through technical and delivery trade-offs, and navigate difficult or sensitive conversations with diplomacy.

• Team Leadership and Program Management: Provide hands-on mentorship and constructive feedback to cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Oversee day-to-day workstream execution, sprint planning, and team operational health, while supporting internal capability building and interviewing.

• Growth and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for project extension and process improvements within existing accounts. Partner with client leads and solution teams by evaluating statements of work, scoping delivery efforts, and contributing technical delivery insights to proposals.

Job qualifications

Professional Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience, including 4+ years leading complex project delivery or agile workstreams within a management consultancy, technology consulting firm, or digital engineering services company.

• Proven success in leading and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary software or digital transformation programs.

• Demonstrated experience in managing fixed price and outcome based deliveries

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and handle objections across senior stakeholder groups.

• German (minimum C1 fluency) required.
