Creative Strategist & Producer (m/f/d)

As Creative Strategist & Producer, you own the ads that introduce medical practices to Luna, from idea to final cut, and build the in-house creative engine that keeps leads coming in every week.

What We’re Looking For

•
Experience producing content for paid social, ideally performance ads for Meta, at a startup, an agency or as a freelancer

•
Hooks, angles and conversions matter more to you than likes, and you know why an ad works or doesn’t

•
A feel for what makes organic content work on Instagram and LinkedIn, and how it differs from ads

•
End-to-end skills: script, shoot, edit and design, including confident handling of cameras, lighting and audio so every shot looks and sounds professional

•
A results-driven mindset: you measure your work by its impact, and you consistently deliver high-quality content at

•
A portfolio that shows what you can do, ideally with numbers to back it up

•
A hands-on mentality: no task is too unglamorous for you

•
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

What You’ll Do

In short: You’ll develop and produce the ads that drive praxipal’s growth, plus the organic content that builds our brand, and build our in-house creative production from the ground up along the way.

You shape our creative strategy: you dig into our target groups, competitors and ad performance and turn your insights into ideas, hooks and angles that stop practice owners mid-scroll and get them to reach out

You write scripts for video ads, from UGC-style to testimonials to product demos

•
You plan and run shoots: with customers in their practices, with our team and with creators

•
You edit videos and design static ads yourself, fast and at high volume

•
You deliver fresh creatives and variations every week so our campaigns never run out of steam

•
You systematically test hypotheses together with our performance marketing team, analyze what works and turn the learnings into the next round of creatives

•
You keep a close eye on the latest content marketing trends, formats and platform features and bring fresh ideas into our creatives before everyone else does

•
You also produce organic content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels, often by repurposing material from your ad shoots
