Business Analyst & Product Owner

We are looking for a Product App & Business Analyst to strengthen our Digital Transformation journey. In this role, you combine product ownership with business analysis: you manage and improve our product apps while supporting digital projects across the organization. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our digital solutions are impactful, scalable, and future-proof.You will play a key role in bringing our apps and digital landscape to the next level, directly contributing to strengthening our market position.Your responsibilities include:Managing and further developing our product apps, coordinating with external developers, and ensuring smooth releases and continuous improvementsActing as the link between business and IT by gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, and translating needs into practical solutionsSupporting digital projects end-to-end, from ideation and prioritization to delivery and adoptionMonitoring performance, collecting user feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve user experience and functionalityDriving structure and efficiency by improving processes, tools, and ways of working across digital teamsSupporting testing, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality delivery of digital solutions What we are looking for:A structured and proactive professional who enjoys working at the intersection of business and ITAt least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (e.g. Product, Business Analysis, or Digital Projects)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionA hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholdersComfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities can shiftExperience with digital tools or IT delivery processes is a plusFluent in English, both written and spokenWho are we?Karsten International develops a wide range of everyday products – from the latest gadgets to sustainable beauty items.
