1. Billing & Invoicing
Generate accurate invoices for clients and customers.
2. GST Compliance
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
3. Invoice Processing
Verify and process incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
4. Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile company bank statements with internal records.
Maintain accurate records of all banking transactions.
5. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
Monitor and manage outgoing payments to vendors.
Maintain aging reports for both payables and receivables.
6. Financial Reporting
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
7. Audit Support
